Bessemer City Schools Technology Department is pleased to announce the launch of our new Support Site. This site will facilitate communication between our department and the Technical Coordinators at the schools, allowing us to identify and resolve issues much faster. Of special interest is our new Trouble Ticketing system. We will be adding more modules soon, so check back often! |
